Banyule BPi is a well-established building permit provider to the large volume home builders of Victoria.

Our service is second to none and we pride ourselves on keeping our reputation as the leaders in building permit services in the domestic home market in Victoria.

We are made up of 14 Staff - 8 Office Staff and 6 Building Inspectors. We cover all areas in the state of Victoria. Banyule BPi have 5 Registered Building Surveyors.

Having received and registered your application, we allocate one building surveyor to care for your permit and act as your company's contact throughout the application process.

We believe that this provides the ultimate service to you and your staff. If all documentation needed is provided, the building permit can be issued quickly and easily.

Your application will be checked and, if necessary, a letter of further required items (or the permit, if issued) are faxed to your permit officer within 48 hours.

The permit documents can also be mailed to you the same day via Australia Post or DX mailing service, if preferred.

We generally require 24 hours notice for building inspection bookings and these are booked directly with the office.

We provide you with individual reports on all inspections from the previous day.

Occupancy permits are also faxed to your office daily.

For the volume builders we provide an inspection report service that generates a weekly report of all inspections (approved or otherwise) for the previous week. This allows an overview which is helpful in staying informed on the status of all current projects with Banyule BPI.
